1. How to delete your account
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- In the app: open ASVAB Prep, go to Profile, and choose Delete account.
- By email: send a request to support@mkbdigital.net from the email address used for your ASVAB Prep account.
If you email us, use the subject line ASVAB Prep account deletion. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting data.
2. What will be deleted or anonymized
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile data and app preferences
- Study progress, XP, streaks, ranks, badges, and daily objectives
- Practice history, question logs, wrong answers, favorites, notes, and saved questions
- Mock exam and mini exam attempt history
- AI mentor messages and related study context linked to your account, where applicable
- Push notification tokens and app notification records linked to your account
3. What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, payment, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, store compliance, or backup integrity reasons. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably needed for those purposes.
Backup copies may take additional time to expire from managed systems. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or platform rules.
4. Subscriptions and store purchases
Deleting your ASVAB Prep account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions, refunds, receipts, billing history, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the store where you made the purchase.
- For Apple purchases, manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.
- For Google Play purchases, manage or cancel the subscription in your Google Play account settings.
